Play Ambassador
They are our ambassadors of play delivering adventures, activities and child-initiated play sessions in state-of-the-art facilities in each of our clubs in the UK, NYC and the Bahamas. Each month there is a different play theme to discover from water words to enchanted forests with a host of adventures each month! We are looking for superhero’s, crazy chefs, marvellous musicians, sensational storytellers and adventurous artists to join our team to play specialists.
We are looking for people who are passionate about play and hold a qualification in Play work or childcare or have significant experience in working in summer camps, sports and/or performing arts camps, (other relevant skills and qualifications will also be considered, such as musical talent or a degree in Art or Music or Theatre). If you are looking for a joyful new role, enjoy working with children and making memories; a new career as a Play Ambassador could be the role for you.
Kitchen Brigade
We’re looking for experienced, friendly kitchen staff to join our superb team. As ‘the world’s best family club’ the quality and presentation of dishes, as well as relentless attention to detail are all part of the course. If you are passionate about food, thrive in busy environments, enjoy working with children and families, with a practical knowledge of local Food Hygiene and HACCP laws we would love to hear from you. Swimming Instructor
From the very first lesson and ensuring basic water confidence, to perfecting the perfect stroke for competitive swimming. Our Swimming Instructors are responsible for ensuring that members and their guests have fun and enjoy all of the fantastic activities and facilities we offer, every time they visit the Swimming Pool. This can include everything from teaching swimming classes to delivering themed swimming activities or leading one of our renowned pool parties. You must be patient, organised and calm, with exceptional communication skills and enjoy working with families and children. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Swimming Instructor, experience with babies and toddlers, local swimming qualification, First Aid Paediatrics qualified, clear enhanced local police check, with practical knowledge of maintaining Health & Safety standards and documentation are all a must.

Families eating well together is core to what we do, making mealtimes delicious and effortless. We’re looking for experienced, friendly floor staff to join our great team. This is a customer centric role and you must enjoy working with families, be quick on your feet, have great communication skills and relentless attention to detail. Our concierge team are ambassadors for Purple Dragon, ensuring that members and their guests enjoy all of the wonderful activities and facilities we offer, every time they visit our club. This is a customer centric role, and you must have exceptional communication skills, be outgoing, caring positive, quick on your feet and enjoy working with families.
